The customer also required the option of interchanging the 50mL for the 15mL thermal racks with the Lambda instrument. Thermal tube rack units are available in all capacities and tube sizes to support workflow efforts. Both units were made to specifically complement each other to increase workflow without compromising sample integrities due to lack of or erratic temperature stability to all tubes and plates. Thermal tube racks easily drop down inside the platform of the instrument and comply with X, Y, and Z axis clearances. Temperature range is between -20˚C to +150˚C.  Temperature uniformity from tube to tube is +/-0.1˚.
