MéCour designs all Thermal Inserts specific to your plate. They are not “universal, one size fits all plates”. The precision design and machining provide Inserts for any plate consumable with uniform temperature distribution to all plate wells. Maximum direct heat transfer to your plate samples is only established when the plate is fitted with the correct Insert.

All MéCour Inserts are SBS compliant. The DWP Thermal Insert is unique in its design in that it transfers temperature vertically to all plate wells. Do note that a five-degree offset to ensure the required sample temperature is provided to plate samples. Add five degrees to the actual temperature samples need to be managed at, and the offset will insure correct thermal management.

All Deep Well Thermal Inserts are designed for either manual or automated procedures for loading/unloading plates.
