New thermal tube inserts that accommodate 25mL conical tubes that will directly integrate with MéCour thermal blocks, which will easily integrate with the Hamilton Star or any liquid handler deck.

Unit is SBS-compliant, provides direct surface contact with thermal nest for maximum heat transfer, and has exterior insulation to sustain and drive temperature to all six tubes. Tubes are recessed in thermal wells below maximum sample volume to ensure sample content is properly thermally managed.

As shown, MéCour will provide these Inserts for different sized tubes or small vials in configurations that remain within SBS footprint specifications. MéCour also designs this type of unit in any tube capacity or combination of different tubes. Units can be integrated with Peltier thermal nest devices and have a temperature range between -25°C to +100°C. MéCour Thermal Inserts afford maximum flexibility when an application requires different tube and vial sizes necessary to support work flow.
