Thermal inserts are designed and produced for virtually any Deep Well Plate used in labs. As detailed above, this particular thermal insert has a number of thermal pins that protrude up into an in-between all the plate wells. Thus transferring the maximum uniform temperature to all wells. It should be noted that in order to achieve, for example, 37°C for sample temperature in the plate, you will need to adjust thermostatic setting on circulator by 5° to achieve desired sample temperature. For example, to achieve 37°C for sample temp, set circulator at 42°C. Same applies for cooling requirements.
The Deep Well thermal inserts can be designed for either manual or automated plate loading and unloading.
